Hexautoparts accepts credit card payments powered by authorize.net, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards issued by major U.S. banks. Make sure the card has enough money to cover the fee. We never store credit card numbers and will add more payment methods in the future.

How to Pay With Authorize.Net?

Only registered customers can place order on hexautoparts.com. So if you don't register at first, after you add some products to cart, when you go to the CheckOut page, you will be directed to register.

1. Easy & Fast Online Payment:

When you go to the CheckOut page, Please fill out the form with your personal information then click “Next" to complete your billing and shipping at the same time.If you want to modify your shipping address, create a new address. Then click on "Confirm" address to fill out the card information to complete the payment. You can use VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or DISCOVER as you like, fill out the form with your credit card information, then click“Pay Now” button to complete the payment.

2. Completely Online Payment: 

When you want to go the payment page, click “VIEW CART” > "Process Checkout" or click "CHECKOUT" then you go to the checkout page. To complete the payment, generally, we follow 3 steps:

-Fill your Email address in the form fields.

-Confirm your billing and shipping address.

-You can use VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or DISCOVER as you like, fill out the form with your credit card information, then click“Pay Now” button to complete the payment.

You are no need to choose the shipping method because there is default for your address. Most of our parts are free shipping except some shipping address is littel far away from our warehouse, so there is a little extra shipping fee. Hope you could understand.

Why My Order Is Canceled?

It's declined by Authorize.Net. The details are as follows: Authorization with the card issuer was successful but the transaction was declined due to an address or ZIP code mismatch with the address on file with the card issuing bank based on the settings in the Merchant Interface. So please double check the address you left on bank.
